About the event

To kick off the Adam Smith Festival of Ideas this year we have the premier performance of third play in a triology by playright John Yule.

Following on from  Adam Smith, The Invisible Hand (premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Panmure House 5th August 2018)  and Carnegie (premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Panmure House 5th August 2022), this third play – Adam Smith: A Canopy of Hope is set in more modern but financially turbulent times.

The evening will be accompanied by live cello music making this an entertainment event not to be missed.
