The People's Sauna is going to be at Adam Smith's Garden on Saturday, the 13th of June!
Join us in the beautiful garden at Adam Smith Heritage Centre for a choice of 4 immersive sauna sessions.
Sound Bath Sauna (12:00–1:00 pm)
Session begins with a live instrumental 10-minute sound journey to help you drop into your body and arrive in the space. From there, you’ll move into your sauna session feeling more present and relaxed.
